A rock from the road caused a chip in my windshield that spread while I was driving. Needless to say, it freaked me out. Unfortunately, dealers and "brand" auto glass places were quoting way more than I could afford. A friend recommended Rich after having work done by him previously, and I will do the same for anyone else needing glass/windshield fixes and replacements. Rich provides affordable services and comfort when you are concerned about glass conditions while driving, he is honest, and is also great to speak with while he is doing work: he explains everything being done as he goes along. It was a great experience for a not-so-great situation. Thank you!

I have an old school 1990 Jeep Wrangler that had a small crack in the windshield. With the heat of summer it cracked the entire windshield. I called around to a variety of glass installers, working my way through a google search. Of course, all the big shops came up first. Their on-line quotes never matched the actual quote when I called. Response was "the quote was for the glass, it didn't include molding and tax". I kept searching and found Richard in Park Ridge which was close to my house. Gave me an immediate quote, came out the next day and did the installation. Richard did an amazing job. Plus, he's a real nice guy to talk with while he's working on your car. He's now my "Go To" glass guy.

I was so impressed with Richard! When I woke up one morning to find a window of my car broken, I called several places for price estimates which were actually much higher than anticipated. I called RCG and Richard took the time to find a used car window for me that cut the price of the window and installation in half! His service was wonderful, came right to my work. He was professional and even cleaned up all the glass that was still in my car from the previous day! Definitely would not use another company in the future. Immpressive service and installation.
