Every company, large or small, can have a bad day. Every employee can have a bad day. Once in a while these turn into a bad day for the customer. I was that customer. What was wrong is not important, what the Company (owner) did is. The end result left me a satisfied customer and I will not hesitate to use Advanced Glass again should the need arise.

The guys were ready and waiting when I arrived and all of their personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. The new glass was better than the factory glass as it included a tint strip at the top as well as all of the features of the original. The installation went perfect and actually took a bit less than they had estimated. Before leaving I was given detailed instructions for care during curing. The windshield looks great, and the price was the best in town. These guys get my highest recommendation. I don't think you could do better anywhere else.
