Beware!! Do not use this repair company! The repairman, Mose, did not do any testing on my appliance just said that the motor was burned up on an appliance that is less than two years old told me it would be more expensive to fix it for his labor and to go buy a new one! He did not even look in the appliance or open anything up! Charged me $90 for service call! As well, he had a very bad disability with his eyes and could not see. This company is ripping people off.

Weâ€™ve used Donaldâ€™s Appliance Repair before and havenâ€™t had the problem since then!We tried 2 other companies over about 18 months. It was supposed to be fixed both times and the issue returned. I began to think its probably more than one problem that they didnâ€™t see. A friend at work gave me the number to Donaldâ€™s Appliance Repair. He asked me a few questions, I told him what it was doing and how the problem kept starting back up. He fixed it, didnâ€™t charge me for the extra time because of all the problems we had getting it fixed. He really really fixed it! Its even running quieter and not a single problem!
