4-13-19 , after completing services. I sent Randy $1,300 ck on 4-15-19. On 4-17-19, 1st day back 2 wk at property I discovered my 20 inch fan missing. Randy.gave me a hard time abt returning, replacing my fan. He DID NOT replaced my $18 fan. I.did not give him a problem w his pay, but his guys took my fan and He is giving me ???? Over an $18 fan.I will not recommend him. He has no integrity. End of Apl I told Randy 2 keep the $18. Maybe he needed it more . Now ask him did I lie. Not honorable !!!

Randy was prompt, friendly, honest and super accommodating. He brought me quick relief during a really stressful situation and was incredibly fair with his pricing. He has a work ethic and a sense of empathy that is rare to come across even in people you know, but the fact that he offered such great service to a complete stranger was astounding. The process was quick and as painless as it possibly could have been. I will be recommending Randy and his team to many people. Thanks again for standing apart from the crowd!
