Jackie came out even after he had been running all day. He showed up around 8.30pm to look at my AC problem. We found the issue and he gave me several options on how to go about fixing or replacing. After the call was over I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. All he asked was for a good review which blows my mind. Everyone seems to be trying to make a quick easy buck off of people’s misfortunes but Jackie did not do that. Jackie will be my go to from now on.

it was memorial day weekend 2018, at 139am i woke up hot. the ac was not cooling and we had quests in the house, never fails.
I got up went to the computer and searched the web for ac repair service marble falls texas. i saw Letts ac repair service 24 hours so i left
an email for them to call me first thing in the morning, not wanting to bust someone out of bed. i couldnt wait so at 7 am i call and Jackie Lett
answered the phone. I explained the problem, he had read the email and was aware of my situation. He said he would be at my place by 11am,
he was there at 1050 am. He changed out a start run capacitor, problem solved.
best service ever and the charge was reasonable considering it was sunday morning. i highly recommend Jackie Lett and his company.
5 stars for me.

Our air conditioning system had the main condenser seize up on a recent Friday afternoon in early September with outside temp of 90 degrees plus, Inside temps quickly rose to 87 degrees in the afternoon. Jackie Lett responded to our call Friday late afternoon within the hour and had a brand new AC unit installed by the next afternoon. We are much better of now with our brand new, warranteed unit, that has better capacity and performance than the old one. All work done promptly and on-budget. Thanks Jackie, you are our AC guy!

I have had a vacation home in Highland Haven, Texas for the past 10 years. Every time I needed A/C work done I have called Lett's Air Conditioning. Jackie is awesome. His pricing is always reasonable and he is very responsive. Whether I needed to replace a whole system, repair or replace a component, or even just remove a fried lizzard from a contactor to start a condensing unit again, Jackie has always come out on a moments notice and provided great service with a smile.I would recommend Lett's Airconditioning to anyone needing A/C work in highland lakes area.

Paid almost $4000 for a new unit to be installed. The unit has never worked properly and attempts at repair from the company were unsucessful. We finally had to use another company at a cost of $1000 to correct the installation mistakes. Needless to say we are not very happy with this company.

So on Black Friday the heater at my grandmothers house was not working. Made a quick call to Letts and they were there within minutes. They identified and fixed the issue very quickly. We couldn't have been happier with the service and kindness on a holiday weekend.

Over the years I have had to call 3 times. The last time was 10/04/15 on a Sunday. If he tells you he will be there, no matter what time, then you can depend on him. AIr Conditioner broke down after hours. I contacted Jackie and he managed to come and repair the AC after 9pm in the dark. I was very impressed with his dedication and professionalism. Without his efforts we would have spent a very uncomfortable night. He always exhibits good humor and integrity.

One A/C unit quit working-----since the unit not working is upstairs and does not affect the areas of our home we normally use, its repair was not critical. I told Jackie that our A/C issue was not critical and asked him to let me know when he could check it out. He responded quickly and was here the next day----problem was identified and fixed within less than 30 mintes. Service is professionally delivered---at a reasonable cost.
