John and Mike came over to the house on time and proceeded to replace the windshield in my driveway. They both were very friendly and before I knew it they had finished the job. I am very particular about the car and insisted on an OEM windshield and wanted to make sure with the electronics in the windshield there would be no issues. They exceeded my expectations and made the whole process very smooth! I would highly recommend them!

We were on our way to a cruise when something hit our windshield and busted it. It was a major bust that was not fixable and it had to be replaced. We were running into a problem finding somebody to fix it cause it happened around 3:30 and everywhere closed at 5. And we had to leave early the next morning to make our cruise. Our insurance wanted us to use Safelite but they couldn’t fix it until Tuesday after we were back home in NC. It was not safe to drive a 10 hour drive with 2 kids and a busted windshield the magnitude that it was busted. These guys were amazing!! They come to our hotel at 7:30 that morning and fixed it!! They definitely went above and beyond to fix it for us and for us to still make our cruise!! They were absolutely a life saver for us!!! Very knowledgeable and professional!! Thank you guys for everything!! For taking care of us when nobody else would!!

Initially my insurance comapny sent me to their preferred provider. I was not impressed with their scheduling and or price. I called Factory Auto glass and the scheduling was within the next day and the estimated price was 70% of the other provider. The two man team agreed to meet me and drive me to my business about 1 mile away. By the time I was dropped off at work, I was called back within 15 minutes stating that everything was completed. The was a price difference betwen the estimate provided t teh actual cost and the company honored the estimate. True class. If you are looking for an example of service excellence from first call to the handshake at the end. This is it. I will not hesitate to provide referrals to friends/relatives if the need arises.

My entire rear window was shattered. I needed to get it replaced quickly. I called three places. One place quoted me $583.63 and I would have had to take my car to their shop. The other place was two weeks out before they could see me. I called Factory Glass because there were other good reviews. Justin came to my home the same day that I called. My out the door price was $313.51 (huge savings!!). Justin was prompt and professional. I was back on the road in a little more than an hour. As long as the work is as good as the service I should be in great shape. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent price, excellent service!!

I contacted first the windshield company with the T.V. ads and cool jingle, however, their schedule to replace my windshield was well over a week. When you have a smashed windshield, you need a windshield, not a cool jingle. I called Factory Auto Glass and a technician was sent within the hour. I had the windshield replaced within one hour after their arrival. I'm very satisfied with Factory Auto Glass for their service and schedule. Pay if you want for the T.V. ads and jingle but if you need a windshield professionally installed now, call Factory Auto Glass.

Justin R. came out to my work to replace my windshield (same day it was cracked). He did a fantastic job. He is a great, stand up guy with awesome integrity and Factory Auto Glass has my future business. Everything was replaced in under 1 hour (30-45 minutes tops) and was completely covered by my insurance. End of story, right? Nope.During the new installation he brought it to my attention that my windshield had been replaced before. Fact is, I have been the sole owner of this vehicle for its entire life (8 years) and I have never replaced it. The only explanation I can conceivably come up with is that the dealership I purchased my "brand new" vehicle from is shady and neglected to inform me that the windshield had been replaced.Turns out since they (dealership, assuming) did shoddy work, not properly sealing it during their repair, during these 8 years water has been slowly seeping under the glass, rusting the body's frame. All because they wanted to save some money. When will people learn? That always comes back to bite you in the buttocks. Why can't people take pride in their work and do it right the first time? Unfortunately, now I'm stuck with a much more costly repair (as opposed to costing me nothing).Sigh....long review that's mostly complaining about someone else's crummy work. I'm sorry, that's not fair to Factory Auto Glass but I am forever grateful for Justin's help, advice, and workmanship. He did the best he could with the situation presented. Again. Justin was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Had a cracked windscreen on my 2013 Nissan. My insurance company insisted I use Safelite for the replacement, but after talking to the Safelite rep and a few minutes on the web, it was clear that they were not the preferred option. I called Factory Auto Glass and within 2 minutes realized that they would get the job. Arrived on time with all of the parts and 1.5 hours later I had a new Nissan windscreen installed. I had to "negotiate" with my insurance company, but I would even pay the difference out of pocket to have a quality part installed properly. Justin and Miguel are true professionals. Thanks!

A stone hit my windshield, leaving a small gouge and several cracks about the size of a quarter. The repair tech was on time and at repaired the glass to a like new finish that was so good, I struggled to find where the repair had been made. Final price was the same as quoted over the phone...about 15% higher than the cheapest quote and 50% lower than its nationwide competitors. For me, having a tech arrive and complete the work as scheduled was worth the price.
