I recently requested service to repair my non-functional wash machine from Complete Appliance Repair. When the technician (Habib) arrived he appeared to not be interested in the problem we were experiencing with our washer. After repeating the problem numerous times, Habib diagnosed the problem with the washer as being dirty, and that the wash setting that we were using was now worn out. Please note the washers is only four years old. He then proceeded to tell us that to resolve the problem, we needed to soak the top loading washer with hot water and vinegar. Beyond this lame recommendation, no other diagnostic's was performed on the washer. After paying the $49.00 service call, we remain with a non-functional wash machine. A few days later, I called another appliance service company, who also promptly came out, and conducted a thorough inspection of our wash machine. After explaining the problem to the new technician and that we also cleaned the machine, he diagnosed the problem of being a clogged sensor, and not a dirty wash machine. He proceed to blow out the plastic water line, which immediately removed the clog. He then preformed a complete test of all the wash setting to find no problems with any of the settings. Our wash machine is now up and running, after a thorough test of all the machines functions. Sorry for the long explanation, but poor service should not be tolerated by any appliance technician. I would not recommend this company Complete Appliance Repair to anyone, due to their shear incompetence. Just imagine all the other services they claim to provide, and perform with incompetence. The service call from Complete Appliance Repair was money not well spent.

Called a few places to get my dryer fixed but they were not able to come out for a few days. I then called Complete Appliance Repair and they were able to send someone right away. They sent out Habib and he had my dryer fixed within a half hour. Habib was very nice and courteous. I will call them again if needed. I'll ask for Habib too.

My dryer went out. I called six people ... the first four quoted me outrageous fees ... number five has youâ€™d ratings but didnâ€™t call me until six hours after I placed the call. They called me ... was out here the same day ... and repaired and cleaned it out for a very reasonable price.

Habib came out within 30 minutes after my initial call. His experience in appliance goes past 28 years.He took the time to explain what happen to my fridge. I had another company come out to repair the first time. It fail to work after 1 week. I made over 10 calls to the first service tech. But he did not respond..I am so glad that I found this company on Google. I would highly recommend them.Once again, Great service, disposition, and pricing.Thank you very much Habib.

I called this company when my washing machine broke down on a Friday afternoon. Not only was Habib at my home by 5pm, he was courteous, professional and extremely efficient.
