I had them put in a new AC system. They didn't have cement block to elevate the furnace from the floor when reinstalling it. So... they broke up some pavers from MY back yard without permission and used them, then lied about it. They promised to come out for a check up after installation and did not. I recently gave them another chance when my blower motor went out. I called and made an appointment. They didn't show up and refused to answer the phone when I called. Terrible company and horrible service. <br><br><strong>Rebuttle from Steven:</strong> apparently mr sneed either is the type to hold a grudge or has selective memory. we did install a central air conditioner in his house june 2016. and did use a few pieces of broken pieces of concrete from back yard to elevate the furnace. he was unhappy about that at the time. when i became aware of it we discussed the issue at length offered to go & buy a few pavers. he declined and we solved the problem. no lying was involved. as to the recent blower motor service. we put him on stand by for this past tuesday but could not get to him. called the next morning , set a time of about 11am arrived at 11:20, met another service man that i knew who had been called to do the same service. i yielded the service to my friend who had been called in addition to myself. mr sneed double booked the service and did not cancell mine. i am not aware for any calls that he made that were not answered. good luck to you mr sneed. continue to call someone else to do your work.
