Mr.Buckner of Benbrook Heat and Air did not show professionalism to wait for the homeowner to guide him through their home while giving an esitmate, he walked and entered rooms that were not part of esitmate. Homeowner had informed both Mr. Buckner and his service tech to enter and exit through the side gate of yard only. Near completion of work homeowner went outside for 10 minutes to check on the status of work, Mr. Buckner was not outside with his service tech. Homewonwer assumed Mr. Buckner was in his service truck writing a service invoice for work. When homeowner entered their home, Mr. Buckner was inside the home without homeowners knowledge and unattended. This behavior made customer very uncomfortable. Mr. Buckner needs to wait to be invited and not take personal liberty in entering others homes without their permission.
