I was referred to John (OMEC) by a friend who said he and his company are the best at windshield spider-crack repair and or replacement - well, he is. I called up, got a quote for a windshield replacement on my 2006 Acura, picked a convenient time (for me) for him to come to the house and he arrived when he said he would and completed the job nicely - no hidden costs, etc (you know what I'm talking about). In regards to the cost, when he first gave me the quote, I thought to myself it was more than reasonable for the windshield, and when I asked him what the installation would cost... - he said: the price I quoted is the total price (glass and install). OMG - Yay!!! With all the "I don't have time right now" vendors and the 'I'll be there sometime between sunrise and sunset" service and repair providers we have to endure nowadays, it was nice to have excellent customer service and a great price. I highly recommend.

I had a windshield replaced 1-1/2 years ago by John and recently had trouble with the Hybrid electrical box getting wet and causing the engine power to drop. The electrical box is located inside the car at the foot of the front passenger side. After extensive testing, we could see a small leak. Without hesitation, John replaced my windshield, free of charge. I highly recommend using OMEC. Their service is outstanding and I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, John.
