What a helpless feeling it is when your wife arrives at a destination on Memorial Day weekend with a blown upper radiator hose. My daughter tried as best as she could to fix it but was still leaking....after several tries for other companies to battle through the parades and traffic, Walt was the one that understood the situation and offered to help on Memorial Day .Come to fid out the parts store had sold my daughter the wrong hose but Walt was able to make it work with 2 clamps on each end....Walt had warned me that he was not a Mechanic but would look at it...there were none open ...now my wife had made the 400 mile journey back home with no issues...Thank you Walt for your professionalism and kindness at a very stressful time.. Louisa thanks you for the follow up phone call to make sure she made it. My daughter now has Walts phone number and I have comfort that she will be well taken care of in the big city of DC.
