Jesse 's Air Systems came out to my house to fix my heater. recently He chargred me $650 for 45 min of work . including parts and labor.The only problem was THERE WERE NO PARTS AND LABOR LISTED ON MY RECEIPT FOR THE WORK THEY DID!!! Only a charge for a blank recepept for $650 dollars saying they changed my gas valve and ignitor switch and my heater was working great! When I contacted Jesse the owner about this.He told me my a.c /heater was a piece of crap and I should be thankful they even worked on it . I researched the part and found out it's cost $325-350 dollars. Which means I was charged $300 labor for 45 min of work.I took my case to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Burea.Where it is currently pending.

Back in 2009 our air-conditioning went out during the hottest part of the summer - we immediately called Jesse. The rapid response from Jesse and his crew saved us from sweltering heat! At that time we needed a complete Heating and Air Conditioning System and they were able to provide quality equipment quickly and professionally. We were, and remain, loyal customers and I recommend their service to anyone that is serious about quality air at a very affordable cost.

After 27 years of service, our A.C unit had died on a Sunday afternoon. Let's just say I knew it was coming, but was hoping it would last one more summer. It quit on Aug 1, just as the hot part of summer was coming. Just what everyone dreads, because you are at the mercy of the A.C. service companies, who are busy and can charge you a premium. We called Jesse Monday morning on a referral from our plumber--now you know when another tradesman recommends someone, they're going to do things right. Sure enough, Jesse set an appointment for the same day, called 1/2 hour in advance of his appearance to allow me to work part of the day, and arrived at my home before I did. By the time I got there, he had checked the unit thoroughly, pronounced it dead, and had some brochures ready to show me new air conditioners. He said that under the circumstances (we have 2 little ones under 2 yrs old), he would make a crew available to install the next day! And the prices were well within what is reasonable for a new A.C./forced air heating system. We were sold on the best one he offered, so we asked him to do it.As promised, early the next day Jesse and his crew were there to install the system. Jesse himself was very involved in the job, overseeing it all day long while taking care of some other calls. By 3 p.m. on Tuesday the whole system was in and working great. Now we are indulging ourselves at 75 F for a while to make up for those 2 scorching days and nights. Thank you, guys!
