One of the absolute best companies I have ever dealt with. I needed a replacement external mirror for my car. After searching on my own, I realized this was not going to be an easy part to find. I called Jeff at Precision, and am extremely glad I did. It was a very difficult part to find and actually took quite some time to arrive. Jeff worked with various vendors to obtain it, kept me informed of progress and as soon as the part arrived, it was installed that week. Part of what I am so very impressed at is that my repair was not a large $ producer for Jeff. While if I were spending hundreds of $, it would be common to receive such impressive effort and customer service, it would not be so common for such a small order by many businesses. That Jeff provided such outstanding effort and customer service for a small order, speaks volumes of his character and professionalism. Most definitely, I would do business with him many times over. The price was extremely reasonable as well. His level of integrity, professionalism and courtesy is sorely missing in many businesses today. Thank you Jeff!

We were on vacation in Ft. Walton Beach when vandals smashed a side window on our car. Called Precision Autoglass and Jeff had a new glass overnighted to his shop. He fit us in as his first job that morning and had us back on the road to Houston in less than an our! Very friendly and helpful! First-rate service!
