When your wife's car breaks down on the side of the road it is always a bonus when the stars align in your favor. I called Bill and caught him with an empty truck on his way back from Glendale Heights. He swung by Wheaton and grabbed us on the way and took us to North Aurora for an excellent price as well. He is my first call whenever I need a tow!

I needed to have my car towed to get serviced. The price for the tow was very reasonable, almost half than the other local tow companies. The person who towed my car, Ed, was very nice. He worked quickly, yet carefully. I would recommend this company. I have their information saved in my phone!

I noticed the reviews are over a year and half ago. I also would like to provide proper information about the current reputation of the company. Due to over changes upon employees and Management. The company has made incrediable improvements with customer satisfaction and has also made incediable efforts to improve overall rating of the company. They now have an exp. driver which is able to perform all duties of roadside assistance.

Came to pick up our car, put the tow truck in park, and within minutes of driver getting out, it jumped into reverse and drove unmanned across my property and totalled my horse trailer. Their insurance company lowballed and screwed me. Mr. Bury whined that he would probably go out of business, but I see that he hasn't. They refused to give me the $1500 shorted me by insurance company. I just thank goodness there were no bike riding children playing in my driveway. Wish i could give 0 stars

took 1 hour to come to where i was at ...then 3 hours to tow my car ...this has to be the worst towing company ever ! run and operated by idiots ...i had to help the guy load up my car or he would have wrecked it ....never call this place for a tow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
