Since I am a very tidy person, I was shocked when I discovered that the bites I was having an allergic reaction to were bed bugs. Instead of sleeping, I spent an entire night researching them on the internet. I thought I would be able to save money by treating them myself. I did everything suggested, but they kept reproducing.Finally I gave up and called Billy at Bug Free. He arrived at my house in 10 minutes, which really impressed me. I completed all the preparation work just as he instructed, and he came 3 times (2 weeks apart). MY BED BUGS ARE TOTALLY GONE and I am a happy camper. I would highly recommend this company....they really do care! Trust me...don't waste money trying to do it yourself!

THE BEST! They are super friendly and available to come out as soon as you need them. They give you the run down on what you need to do to prepare for whatever situation you have. I would definitely recommend these guys. Also, their sprays cover most of any outdoor bug problems (ex. carpenter ants,spiders,etc) you might also have. They are experienced and knowledgeable. I called about a yellow jacket problem I discovered after work. I was expecting to have to wait at least a day for service. I called at 5:30 and the technician was at my house by 6:30!!! Very helpful and friendly and he gave me a military discount! I appreciate everything the company did for me and my yellow jacket problem! Would definately recommend!!!

My husband had been out of town working for a couple of weeks. The kids and I decided to go visit him for a night. Well we had NO idea in that 3 weeks later, when visiting my husband we ended up bringing back with us bed bugs! I am a EXTREAMLLY clean freck!!!! So when I called John with "Bug Free Pest Control" he knew I was upset, and said he would be right over and take a look. Now mind you this was on a Saturday afternoon. I don't know of any body that would do that!!!! He came over within 30 minutes, and did a investagion throught our house. John told us that he could schedule us on Monday if we had everything ready for them. On Monday morning Eric was at our house by 8:00 am for the service. We just had our second round on the spray, and I have not seen one since! John and Eric are extremly nice and HONEST!!! They are not out for your money, like most of the other guys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "BUG FREE PEST CONTROL" Trust me you will not be disappointed!!!!

I called Bug Free Best Control in Decatur a few days ago after returning home to a pile of 'sawdust' on a window sill. To say that I was shocked and near hysterical would not be much of an exaggeration. I immediately went to the yellow pages and called a couple of pest control places. Fortunately, for me, none of them could get to my house the same day, except for Bug Free. I called at 4:30, and Eric showed up at 7:20. He discovered the problem, carpenter ants, immediately and began the process of sending the little critters on to 'bug heaven.' I was not surprised that he knew what he was doing and took care of it in a professional and efficient manner: that I expected. What I did not expect was everything else about the yong man, Eric Long. My grandson, Jasper, age 7, attached himself to Eric from the moment he came in the door. Jasper had a bzillion questions, comments, and observations, and Eric was not only thoughtful, clever, knowledgeable, and funny, he was most importantly, patient. He took time and care to interact with Jasper the entire time he was here. So, not only did Eric deal with my questions, he dealt remarkably well with an inquisitive 7 year old. In the service industry, most customers expect employees to know their business. But when an employee goes way beyond that expectation, it is a definite bonus. I know that if and when I ever get so much as anything that even remotely resembles a bug in my home, I will not need to go to the yellow pages. Without question or hesitation, my first call will be to Bug Free Pest Control simply because of Eric . Jasper summed it up as he waved at Eric as he backed out of our driveway..." Nonnie (that would be me), I think Eric is a new friend. I like him." I agree with him completely. Thanks, Eric, for clearing our home of the uninvited and certainly unwelcomed intruders, but mostly for being the kind of guy we are pleased to have met. Appreciate you very much. Billy Kreigh

I had a problem with carpenter ants in the attic. John, from Bug Free, came the day I called him. He did a very thorough inspection in and around the house. He explained the methods and products he would use thoroughly. After talking with 4 other firms, I hired John and was not sorry! He got rid of the ant problem in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend him to get the job done when it comes to pest control.

A real pleasure dealing with a local company. The guys (John and Billy) were prompt, courtious and very friendly. They spent time looking for issues but didn't wast time and once they started, they were done in a reasonable amount of time. I will be having them back for regular service 3 times a year. They are a BBB comany and again, local - I have used the big companies and they don't compare. Call John - you will be glad you did.

I had a major issue with roaches after Orkin and Terminex failed to get rid of them I called Bug Free pest control they were here with in the hour. The man who showed up was named John Long he spent a considerable amount of time doing the initial inspection wich neither of the other companies did. He explained what neede to be done to get the German cockroaches under control. I followed his advise about the sanitary issues and he did a treatment and he returns every month for a very reanonable fee and continues the treatment. This company is awsome!! I am free of the roaches and have been free of them for over a year. I am so impressed I lived with these for years because I thought I had to. I own several rental properties and hired Bug Free to service them also. My tenants are happy and Bug Free is worth every penny I spend. THANK YOU BUG FREE PEST CONTROL!

John, and Bug Free Pest Control, is great! He is very knowledgable and professional in his line of work. We have 3 cats and John insured us that any product he used was odor free and would not harm our animals. Everything turned out perfectly. I didn't see any bugs for a long time - but not it's that time of the year again to call John! Most people have an accountant or a personal trainer...but I have a Bug Guy! Thanks John! .
