August 22, 2017 Recently I purchased a used BMW M3, brought the car to Munich West for a total check-up, new battery and oil change. They were very informative addressed everything I was concerned about. Their mechanics did a great job including re-setting electronics even the clock. I would recommend taking your BMW to Munich West. I was very satisfied with the results. E. Y.

How can anyone survive without air conditioning in their car in the city of Atlanta during a hot summer? Well, you can't. I tried to go the cheap route and have the folks fix my air at the same place I get my oil changed. Okay, go ahead and hit me over the head! The guy tried to tell me I needed two parts to include a compressor, which I knew I didn't need, and another part that doesn't exist on my SAAB. Well, I made up an imaginary doctor's appt and high tailed it out of there and headed to my tried and true friends at Munich West. Well, suffice it to say four hours later after recharging the freon and replacing a blown fuse I won't be sweating it on the highway and neither will my wallet. These guys know foreign vehicles and they don't take advantage of their customers. It's that simple. The service is great, they keep you informed, and they keep their hands out of your pocket and only charge for what is necessary. You can't go wrong with them and I highly recommend them for in and out of warranty service. You will not be disappointed.

Munich West is a great place to take your Bimmer. Steve and the Guys, at Munich West are very professional. They are pretty much bringing my 540i sport wagon back to life. Now that I found them I wouldn't take my BMW anywhere eles to be serviced..
