I am new to Dothan, and upon arriving I noticed my power steering fluid was leaking. I found Bay Springs Auto online, and I am so glad I chose to bring my car here. Don was very helpful: he replaced the part needed for the power steering and completed a tune up all in one day. I was expecting to leave the car for a couple of days, and I was relieved to know I'd get it back the same day. This was an enjoyable experience. It is nice to work with local business as opposed to the large coorperations.

I had a 95 Camaro and it needed new exhaust manifolds and i knew it was going to be a pain and really expensive. But After the quote and the work being done i couldnt of asked for anything better. Really good people and honest which is hard to find. Awesome service told me exactly what was wrong explained it etc. Always will be a customer. And they have a Delorean so that is something cool to look at when they are fixing your car haha

Great quality repairs at reasonable prices. Recently, I took my vehicle to Bay Springs Auto Repair to figure why my brakes were squealing. Since I hadn't scheduled an appointment I expected a wait time, but Mr. Hughes took a look at my vehicle without delay. Many of the car repair shops I have had to deal with in the past do not offer any feedback or explanation after diagnosis, but Mr. Hughes thoroughly explained the brake problem without hesitation. The problem with my brakes was minor and he repaired it in a timely manner and with a reasonable price. I have previously had mechanics that would have taken advantage of this situation offering me repairs that were not needed. Mr. Hughes did not do this. He told me what exactly needed to be repaired and then he physically pointed out the area of issue. I ... great services great people I took my car there when i had my first break down. They were so friendly they even educated me on what parts were broken. They ran tests which i figured would take days but they had my car up and running with new parts within about 2 hours. they even offered me drinks out of their awesome back in the day coke a cola cooler =) it was really awesome they were awesome and they are such kind hearted people. They even took in 4 or 5 stray dogs which are the most lovable animals i have seen being strays. Such warm friendly people. I refer all my friends here and they have even gone to the extent of picking my friend up from her house and taking her there with her car. what great people!
