Rich's Plumbing came to give me an estmate on changing my hotwater heater. Mary who answers the phone was polite and kind and Tom who came to give me the estimate and do the job as well was great. He works clean and knew what he was doing. This company was a pleasure to work with and not gimmicks. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I used this company for my air conditioning unit this summer they were very nice and arrived on time. They charged me $325.00 for 3pnd of freon and it included the diagnostic fee and service fee. I think this was a good price but anyway the service was great and I will use this company again...
