I was stranded in the middle of nowhere AZ when my car decided to start overheating. I started getting anxiety because I couldnâ€™t find anyone who could help me quickly, and it was 103 degrees outside! I found Randallâ€™s Towing online and was expecting to be told NO or â€œin 4 hoursâ€. Donna told me they could have someone out within 45 minutes and even asked if I had water. When Donna and Bo showed up (30 minutes later) they immediately gave me a cold bottle of water and had me sit in the ice cold tow truck while they got my car on the tow truck. I canâ€™t tell you how much I appreciated their care and concern for myself and my car. Top Notch company. Will most definitely call them again if I ever need help! (Hopefully itâ€™s not soon! Lol) Itâ€™s sad, our of 6 tow companies I called, Donna was the ONLY one that asked if I was OK, BEFORE anything else, and responded immediately. Thank youâ€¦. Thatâ€™s all I can say, is Thank you!!!

After sitting, stranded at Circle K for 6 hours while my roadside tried to find someone, Randallâ€™s Towing showed up! I was told 3 times a tow truck would be here within the hour to be told they couldnâ€™t make it... until Randallâ€™s got the call. When they heard I had been sitting for 6 hours, they sent a tow truck to me within 35 minutes. Thank heaven thereâ€™s a company that actually cares about people and what they do! Not only did they get me home, they made sure my car was secured at the service center: even though it was after hours and everyone was gone. I will always demand Randallâ€™s Towing if I ever need roadside help again. Those other companies need a lesson (or 5) from Donna & Bo. Thank you for keeping me and my car safe!

I could not be happier with the services provided by Randall's Towing. Donna Randall took my phone call in the early evening and got all of the information for my unique situation. It wasn't my truck that needed towing, but my single axle utility trailer that sustained a total spindle & axle failure, causing one wheel to fall completely off. I was stuck on the side of the US60, just outside of Superior on my way home to Gilbert. Donna confirmed that their truck could help with my towing needs and that the driver would be at my location within an hour. Donna was incredibly friendly, understanding, and very kind over the phone. The truck showed up right on time and the two employees, Shad and Stephanie, were the most professional and friendly people I've seen in the business! First and foremost, their first priority was to make a safe scene with traffic cones, LED lights on the truck, and they both wore proper high-visibility garments. They assessed my situation and developed a plan to load my trailer. They took great care not to further damage the trailer and helped me collect some broken parts from the axle and bearings. Once they arrived at my house, Shad made sure to ask me exactly where I wanted the trailer unloaded. The unloading process was fairly simple, however, both Shad and Stephanie worked together seamlessly to ensure there'd be no further damage to my trailer. They were very meticulous on how they set the trailer on the street and how they moved the truck bed, all to prevent damage to the street where it was to be placed for the night. Outstanding job by Randall's Towing and their staff, Shad and Stephanie. Thank you for a job well done!!

We were stranded on the side of the SR79 headed to Tucson and hit a Deer Randalls Towing was called and were there in less than 30 minutes. They towed our car into their yard so our Insurance could have it sent to the shop for repairs. We were very pleased on their service and will highly recommend their company to our friends and family.

$700+ for less than 1 hrs time to load and tow a car less than ten miles, then be rude and yell at the customer for questioning the price. Not only have you lost numerous customers due to it, but now, not only is it not being paid, your not getting the title either.

Thank you to Kyle and Randells Towing Service.They went above and beyond to assist me.I used them thru AAA,I was on a very rural Arizona road and had to walk a mile to get cell service. The communication/directions between AAA and the truck dispatch were inconsistant and inaccurate. Kyle new the general area, and never gave up, trying to find me. His persistance,commitment and dedication to helping people was the difference for me spending the night in the wilderness or at home safe.I had my elderly mother with me so, safe at home was extremely important.Once Kyle found me he quickly accessed the situation, got my truck on a flat bed, and drove us 95 miles to my auto mechanic. Thank you to Randells Towing for there service and dedication.As I spoke with Kyle on our trip home I found out that this is a family owned and operated business.And they have been in business for many years.Thank you to everyone.Steven
