I am amazed by the honest reply I got when I called: I described my problem. I am experiencing a leak in my wall (I think). Based on my description, the guy stated that my best bet for the issue is to try a different company! His honesty was refreshing. I will certainly use this number in the future.

After waiting 10+ days for my usual plumber, I was told they would not have any time until after Memorial Day. They recommended Connell Plumbing. Wayne and James came out the same day I called. James gave me a 2-4:00 window. He was there at 2:00 with Wayne. The rodding of the waste line was a messy job. They are fully prepared, including providing there own power! I supplied the blocked waste line and running water. Other companies are looking for electric, hose, bucket, rags.... They did a great job and I was happy to see Connell Plumbing is approved by Angie's List. Beware of James's guard dog Loco, a 3 1/2 pound Chihuahua!!! Connell Plumbing has a new customer.

Needed to get a tub snaked out. I called on my way home at 4:15pm. He was at my house 5 minutes after me. Had my tub flowing in no time. Also spent 10 minutes talking to me about my water heater. He installs an American-made water heater.

We needed some painting done, but didn't think the painters would appreciate being told to remove the toilet tank lid and manually shut the flapper if they used the toilet. James fit us in the afternoon we called, and we were able to go ahead with our other work.

Called Connell after becoming hugely dissatisfied by Tom's Appliance. Within an hour I had a service rep in the basement replacing the water heater. He was responsive, polite worked quickly and left zero mess behind. they are not the cheapest, but I for one will pay more for better service/product.turns out Tom's sells on AO Smith heaters, which are made in Mexico and the warranty is weak. Connell installed Bradford White, more expensive, but better warranty and made in the US.James was great.
