We contacted Mr. Cool Heating and Cooling based on a previous 5 star review on Nextdoor.com. Mr. Cool is a small family business (father & son) with over 15 years experience. Mr. Cool's estimate came in considerably lower than the other big company estimates we received. Best part of all he was able to relocate the a/c from a very inconvenient spot in our back yard to the side yard which included running all new electrical wiring. We also received a new heater as an added bonus thru a bundled deal with RHEEM. We were communicated with daily, the workers were all very efficient, polite and wore the appropriate safety gear (masks) during this pandemic. We are very pleased with the service we received from Mr. Cool! Don't hesitate to call them for your A/C and Heating needs!

Called Mr. Cool about a boom sound my furnace was making as it started, which I had read was likely a delayed ignition. He was able to come by the same day I called, which I was grateful for. The delayed ignition was likely due to dirty parts so he did a general tune up and voila! once we started the furnace it fired up good and new! Appreciate the fast and friendly service.

John and his nephew got back to me quickly, gave me a quote over the phone (which I found most companies refused to do), and were able to be at my house within 24 hours. I was nervous because my heat had gone out and the pipes might freeze- he gave me a few tips and piece of advice to avoid that.Not only that but I had dealt with a larger company in the area just four days before and the whole thing turned into a total sales pitch after they diagnosed the problem. They wanted $1200 for the same issue this company charged me $500 for. That's a biiiig difference. I'm thankful there are still good, honest guys like John out there. Will definitely use him again!

I called on Sunday morning about 8:30 because the furnace was not working at the townhouse I have rented out. They were there before 11:00 and the furnace was back up and my tenant was happy and warm around 12:30. Very prompt, friendly and affordable service. We have other rentals and will be calling them again.

I had a furnace tune-up with another company and forgot that the blower motor needed cleaned (specified in the inspection report for selling the house). I didn't want to pay the "Truck Fee" the other place had for them to come back out. And the hard sell to buy a new furnace from the other guys was annoying. So I gave Mr. Cool a call and they came out the next day and cleaned the blower which got rid of a vibration the furnace had. Mr. Cool didn't try to sell me on things I didn't want or need just did a great job for a very fair price (with no hidden fees). I would highly recommend John and Mr. Cool Heating & Cooling

Write your Complete I learned about Mr. Cool via Facebook when I had an emergency to get my furnace fixed. A friend immediately sent me his information and Mr. Cool contacted me within minutes. He then made his way to my home by late morning, fixed my furnace within 15 minutes and gave me a bill that I couldn't believe! It was only $60. He was so honest in his dealings with me that the only issue I had with the furnace was that it needed to be CLEANED which it hadn't been in 11 years since I bought the house. He only charged me for his time on the road. I've since told MANY about him and recommend him to anyone needing an honest repair man. Barbara BrooksReview here...

Mr. Cool came out and gave a fair bid to install AC into an existing forced air system. I felt that the owner John was knowledgable and most importantly honest when discussing the proposed system. He didn't try to upsell me to a higher end unit when it didn't make sense with the existing HVAC system. The installation went well although I had a few issues. I explained these to John and he went out of his to resolve the issues quickly and to my satisfaction. For that reason I would work with Mr. Cool again. Things come up but stepping forward and making everything right does not always happen in this day and age.
