The employees at Diamond Appliance are excellent. Friendly, accommodating, and reliable people all around. They truly want you to be happy. I've had multiple problems with a LG refrigerator and the LG customer service department. Diamond, especially Jason, were wonderful and understanding. I would recommend this company!!!

The team at Diamond Appliance Repair was professional, efficient and very helpful when my brand new refrigerator turned out to be a lemon. Janine and Stacy in the office scheduled timely service calls and listened to my frustration with the manufacturer. Jason made the required repairs skillfully, and was helpful in finally getting the manufacturer to replace the unit. Diamond is a class act and I highly recommend them.

Jason from Diamond Appliance was able to fix a leak in our refrigerator yesterday at such last minute notice we couldn't believe it!! Within hours of reaching out Jason arrived and was so nice, professional and efficient, fixing our problem quickly and explaining what had caused our leak. Would highly recommend this company!!!

The inside light on our 9 year old LG fridge overheated: and after research, found out there was a recall/class action on this item. So we received an approval from LG and then searched for an approved LG service company. I contacted two and Diamond immediately contacted me back. They ordered the parts and came out and fixed in a timely manner. The service tech was excellent as well as the woman we spoke with in the office. I would highly recommend this company.

Our LG ice maker died and we called Diamond Appliance Repair, which was one of the two LG authorized repair services. The woman who took my call spent some time researching the correct part numbers and gave us a firm quote on the price. The repair technician, Jason, showed up on time and even tried to fix one of the broken parts. He installed the new parts in short order and presented a bill exactly to the penny of the original quote. I would definately use them again. Paul L.
