Late at night they were able to get me someone to come out and Diagnose my problem. There was a few things wrong my owner didn’t want to fix. They were able to help me get it moving to get home. Friendly service. Up front and forward with there findings.

We had a truck in El Paso with a leaking wheel seal, I call them and they answered the phone in a hurry. I explained to them that this truck was under a time sensitive load and asked if they could get it right in? They did so with out hesitation. The work was done in a hurry and at a great price. Ten days later the same wheel seal went out in PA, we were told by the dealer we took it to there that the wheel seal was not installed correctly and that is why it failed so soon. I have been calling and emailing these guys ever since! No one answers the phone, the mail box is always full and we are stuck paying for a repair that was already paid for. Unless you are local and can go to there door with a issue I would stay away from this shop! Bad way to conduct business.

Second time using their roadside service. Fast response and great customer service. I plan on using them again in their other city locations if I need repair. Would highly reccomend anyone to use them.
