When finished of a 12 hour shift at work, I found my keyes left into my locked vehicle..No one in family at home, AAA informs me of an estimated 1 hour wait....I was some what fustrated and tired.....Well Tom came much sooner and unlocked vehicle in less than a min....Tom was a pofessional.

I want to Thank City Tow and Their awesome driver Victor for helping us after my son wrecked my car.....we were frazzeled already after the wreck and standing in the rain knowing the police had to finish their report before a tow truck could be called... we were cold wet and all nerves....it only took about 15 mins after calling for a Tow Truck for Victor (your driver to show up..) he was very courteous and had the car loaded up in no time.....) I want to say Thank You Victor for taking for doing your job so well and for being so courteous and efficient....
