Great Work, Friendly Staff

Unreliable - not dependable- POOR customer service

Missed two afternoons of work waiting to have 3 simple panes replaced in my home. They showed up the first day and measured the panes, had the glass on the truck and said they would come back tomorrow because it was close to quiting time. They did not come back. I called and spoke with Walter, he said the work was done he had the invoice. Rescheduled for 8:30 (3 rd short work day for me)... you guessed it, they never showed up. POOR SERVICE and obviously they do not care about their customer. Go somewhere else for your glass needs! I left one star because i could not get rid of it. I'M NOT VERY HAPPY!
