Highly recommend

Great company to work with. Price was very competitive, they installed great GAF products, and they treated us as I expect to be treated. They were very respectful of my house and property and they maintained cleanliness around the house throughout the 1.5 days they were here. Of particular note was an incident we had with our garage door opener. On the 2nd day there was damage done to it, but Best Roofing of Virginia took full responsibility and paid to have a garage door company come fix it. I know things happen so I don't necessarily judge when things happen, to me it's more about how its handled afterward. They handled it exactly as I expected they should, and for that I know they are a company with a lot of integrity. Very pleased with the final product and the customer service. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Mr. Thanh Nguyen was topnotch. Not only did he give me a very competitive price for my new roof, he was also very professional, and was always there along the entire process. His team came out the day of the install, very early, and as promised, completed the job in one day. I was very impressed with his roofing team. Total of 5 guys came and they worked like clockwork, from the foreman Edgar to the bottom guy. Everyone knew what needed to be done, never had to be told, and got the job done. I watched the whole process the entire day and workmanship was excellent. They knew what they had to do and I can tell they did it very well. Real test was a very heavy rain the day after and so far, NO LEAKS!!! No doubt, I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors in the future. Great job Best Roofing from a very satisfied customer. I not only do I have a brand new roof but also a beautifully and expertly installed one. Keep up the great work Best Roofing!!!

Excellent Service

Best Roofing completely replaced the original 24 yr old roof of our 6000 sq ft home in Virginia Beach. The job included replacing one skylight and 4 attic fans. From initial phone contact to final completion, this company provided EXCELLENT quality of service. Ty Cox did a great job of communicating with me, answering all our questions and making sure the job went smoothly every step of the way. The work crew was professional and worked especially hard making sure our roof was done in the middle of the winter, in between rain and snowy winter weather. They did everything they promised to do, including cleaning up at the very end and more than one overall final inspection by Ty and his supervisor. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Two of my neighbors had Best Roofing of Virginia install their roofs. They were completely satisfied with the job. I contacted them and Mr. Cox did a survey on my roof. He explained what I needed and gave me a fair price.There was no hard sell. I was impressed with the work ethics of the roofers and they left no debris on my yard. They finished the job in one day.
