The inspiration for setting up Appliance Repair Specialists came 35 years ago when the owner ran a restaurant and couldnâ€™t find a reliable company to fix the appliances that broke. So he set up his own company in Orem, Utah, and it is still going strong all these years later. We have mobile technicians who will travel to all the major towns and cities within Utah County, including Provo, Springville, Spanish Fork, Santaquin, Saratoga Springs and Linden.

Very vauge about cost and higher then quoted

Larry just finished a dryer repair at our home. He came Thursday and diagnosed a broken belt and said he would need to order the part. When I asked how much the part would be he said he didn't know but would likely be $50 at the most. I then asked what he thought the total repair cost would be and he said probably around $175 but no more then $200. When finished he brought in the invoice for $220.37. I asked him how much the belt was and he said I don't know I think it was around $50, I did some research on my own after he left I could have gotten it for the same time frame shipped for $40 at the most expensive cost. He then said you have a nice home and probably a nice area too huh. To me this felt like him saying, so you should be fine paying an inflated price for this. The repair seemed good and he did a good job there but I really feel I got gouged on the price. Lesson learned is I will do the hour repair myself from watching youtube videos as the repair was very simple and save $180. By the way this is Christine's husband writing this review.

This company is awesome!

Larry was out to our home within an hour of when we called his company.He did a great job fixing our dishwasher and I felt like his prices werecompletely reasonable! Such a nice, honest man. I would highly recommendthis company!

Refridgerator Repair

My refridgerator broke and I called 3 companies to come out and fix it. I was told it would take 5-7 days for someone to come out. I am really happy with the response time from Larry (1-2 hours) and I was also very happy tha he not only assessed the situation quickly but was able to install the new part onsite. He was quick, efficient and professional.
