Wonderful and Speedy Service!

I called Brad's Auto around noon the day my Jeep wouldn't start and Brad was able to take a look at it an hour later and fix it by 4:15pm, before close. I would highly recmomend this mechanic! Great service all around!

Relieved Mother

I live in Minooka Illinois. My son was traveling through Carbondale and after incompetency from Valvoline service station in channahon Illinois after rotating my sons tires, they didn’t tighten the lug nuts tight enough on one tire, my son got stranded on the highway four hours away from home. One tow company towed him to a friends house. I contacted Brad the next morning, not knowing him, I don’t live there. Told him the situation, that the car needed to be towed to him and if he could please fix it and make sure the car was safe and sound for my son to get home to Minooka. Brad recommended a wonderful tow company, Shelton towing. Matt was the driver and understanding and patient.he came and got the car. Brad called me told me the damage and he was so sweet, patient, understanding and was on it immediately. The car was fixed within hours at a very surprisingly low cost. My son is now on his way back home to me because of Brad!! It’s scary having someone work on your car that you don’t know. Especially when it comes to your sons safety! Brad was wonderful!! I just can’t say enough about his character! He has a spot in heaven! Thanks so much to Shelton Towing and Brad for taking care of my boy!! From a grateful, relieved momma!!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Brad's Automotive on more than one occasion. While my needs were small (tire service), the entire crew has treated me on all occasions with no less respect than others I've read receiving major mechanic work! Their attentiveness extended to the point of my hectic day when I nearly drove off after paying for gas and my tire repair without my tire! The mechanic on duty sprinted across the gas lot just to flag me down! Timeliness, courtesy, and great prices are just some qualities you'll find at Brad's Repair! Would recommend them anytime!

Awesome

We all have kids and wish that nothing happens to them. When my daughters car broke down on a visit to her college during a long break. Everyone auto shop I called had it on an answering machine except for Brad. "Thanks to him we were able to have him look at the car on Sunday, even if it can't be fixed that day it was a relief that I had someone to get to it just for a look. Being in the Army away from my kids alot of the times it help to have an honest and hard working mechanic like Brad. Thank you Brad for helping out my daughter.
